What personal data do we collect?
We collect the information necessary to be able to find available opportunities that may be of interest to you and to assess your eligibility through the different stages of a search process. The information collected includes CVs, work and education history, employment and references.
We are a boutique firm conducting executive-level searches. We continuously expand our international network of senior online, digital and technology professionals and focus on building lasting relationships with clients and candidates in order to deliver a high quality, professional and value-adding service. To do our job well, we need to understand the client’s needs and we need to know our candidates well.
Depending on whether you are a candidate or a client, we may collect and process the following data about you:
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website or via email.
Information which you share with us by sending us your CV or answering our questions over email exchanges.
Information which you share with us when we meet in person or speak on the phone.
Information about you which is in the public domain.
Information which third parties who have worked with you or have otherwise interacted with you share with us.
Information which we request from third parties who have agreed to provide us with a reference about you.
If you are a candidate, the information you will typically share with us or that we may collect will include your name and contact details, information about your employment objectives, past and current employment and professional experience, educational background and language skills. If you are a client or potential client, we may collect your name, contact details, title or position and services requested.
We do not actively collect sensitive personal data about our candidates unless this is legally required for recruitment purposes. In such circumstances, we will seek explicit consent before doing so.

Directly from you. This is information you provide while searching for a new opportunity and/or during the different recruitment stages.

By reference or word of mouth. For example, you may be recommended by a friend, a former employer, a former colleague or even a present employer.

Client Contact Details: We will retain this personal information for the duration of the relationship and/or the period necessary to complete our obligations to the client.
How long do we keep personal data?
Your personal data is shared with the client who initiates a search for which you are considered. This personal data will be used to ascertain if you are a good fit for the available position. We may also conduct checks on you to verify the information you have provided. Where we do this, we will seek your consent in advance of sharing your information with third parties who conduct said checks.
Other instances in which we may share your data include:
If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation or request.
To enforce an agreement entered into between you and us or to investigate potential breaches.
To protect the rights, property or safety of our candidates, clients or anyone else. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection, the checking of criminal records and other references.
Who do we share your personal data with?
For prospective candidates, referees and clients, our processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in that we need the information to be able to assess suitability for potential roles, to find potential candidates and to contact clients and referees.
