Visited over 80 countries and an avid scuba diver, although a young family has slowed recent progress to add stamps to the passport. Born in the south of England, Henry grew up in Hampshire and calls London home.

He left the UK to establish the firm’s US presence, growing it to three offices and over 30 team members. As co-founder, Aaron has built the firm’s US operation, opening offices in Washington, DC and San Francisco.
An avid traveler, aspiring chef and fitness enthusiast, Aaron strives to strike balance between work and play. Born in Belfast, he now lives near Washington, DC with his wife and two young, highly energetic children. He has become a coffeeholic to keep himself upright.
